上海市外国留学生政府奖学金 为了扩大上海高校特色专业和优势学科招收外国留学生学历规模，提高留学生层次；实 施上海教育品牌战略，上海市设立了“上海市外国留学生政府奖学金”(分设 A\B\C 三类)。 A 类奖学金标准 免交正常学制期间的学费、住宿费；提供基本教材费、重大疾病与意外事故保险；按月 发给奖学金生活费：硕士研究生每月 1100 元人民币，博士研究生每月 1400 元人民币。 B 类奖学金标准 免交正常学制期间学费；提供基本教材费、重大疾病与意外事故保险。 申请截止时间： 4 月 10 日（申请当年秋季学期） ；12 月 20 日（申请下一年度春季学期，仅 限博士生申请） 有关申请的详情请见“上海市政府奖学金生申请”。 （http://www.istju.com/news/news5.htm） 将完整的申请材料寄送至同济大学留学生办公室，信封上请标明“申请上海市政府奖学金生” 字样。 Applying for Shanghai Government Scholarship To Recruit more and higher level international students to study the distinguishing feature of majors, to undertake the Educational Strategy of Shanghai, Shanghai government has set a special fund, i.e. “Shanghai government scholarship for international students,” with A/B/C, the three categories. Category A and B scholarship are for applicants, and C is for international enrolled. Category-A Scholarship: Scholarship Standard: Waiver of fees of tuition, accommodation, expenses of basic study materials, serious disease and accidental Injury Insurance; Monthly living allowance: Master-degree candidate: 1100RMB/M, Doctoral candidate: 1400RMB/M respectively.
