Mid-term evaluation should be printed or written by black pen with every column filled, clear handwriting and coherent sentences. 2. Each column must be filled thoroughly with highlights. 3. PhD candidates must complete their mid-term evaluation 9 months before dissertation defense. Master candidates must complete their mid-term evaluation 6 months before thesis defense. 4.
