Summer School School of Business, FHNW 2016 This course is customized to meet the needs of studentswho are preparing their future study at FHNW. The two-week intensive programaims to enhanceEnglish reading and writing skills. The course with maximum class size 20 students focuses on the specific requirements of formal, academic English as required in the IELTS exam. Departure day speaker Teaching faculty/guest lecturer All the courses and seminars will be given by university professors/lecturers who are the experts in their respective fields and have extensive teaching experiences. The guest speakers come from a wide range of backgrounds.Workshops will be organized by the professors to involve students actively in the discussion and presentations. Extra-curricular activities In order to enhance the study abroad experience, extra-curricular activities are carefully designed by including workshops on specific topics, university and museum tours, company visit, and cultural excursion. Eligibility and Pre-requisites Students on the summer school program: 1. Must be enrolled in a partner University of FHNW. 2. Must be on upper intermediate English language level. 3. Plan to study in Switzerland in the near future. 4. Must pay the full tuition fees. 5. Must attend all the lessons, seminars, workshops scheduled in the curricular. 6. Comply with the study regulations of FHNW and Swiss law.
